About
Pilates instructor. Balanced Body certified. A teacher who believes in moving with intention.

My approach
My approach to Pilates goes beyond completing a sequence of exercises. It's about understanding how you move, building strength with control, and developing a deeper awareness of your body.
As a Balanced Body-certified Pilates instructor, I focus on the principles that make Pilates effective: precision, breath, alignment, mobility and purposeful movement.
I believe that the quality of your movement matters as much as the movement itself. The right cues, thoughtful progressions and attention to technique can change how you experience an exercise, and how you progress over time.
Through my online Mat Pilates classes, I bring this approach into your home. You don't need a dedicated studio or an elaborate setup to practise with intention. All you need is your mat, some space to move, and a willingness to put in the work.
Whether you're joining a group class, working with me one-to-one or attending a Move Club experience, my aim is the same: to help you build strength, move with greater control and make movement a meaningful part of your life.
What I focus on
01
Precision
Every rep has a reason. Fewer, better movements.
02
Breath
Breath leads the movement, not the other way round.
03
Alignment
Stack it right and the right muscles do the work.
04
Mobility
Space in the spine, ease in the hips and shoulders.
05
Purpose
Move with intention, not just to finish the set.

All you need is your mat, some space to move, and a willingness to put in the work.
