Privacy policy.

• Your account: name, email, WhatsApp number and a password (stored encrypted; we can't see it).
• Your classes: the passes you buy, the classes you book, cancel or waitlist for, and how many classes are left on your pass.
• Payments: the amount, date and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay and never reach us.
• Messages you send us: enquiries, 1:1 and studio requests, Move Club sign-ups and reviews, including anything you choose to tell us about injuries or health so classes can be adapted for you.
• Basic site data: your browser keeps you signed in on this device. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

• To create your account, take payment and book your classes.
• To send your class link, reminders and changes by email or WhatsApp.
• To answer your questions and keep classes safe for your body.
• To keep records the law asks for, such as payment records.

With your agreement, we may also message you about new classes or Move Club events. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We share data only with services that run the club for us:

• Supabase, which stores accounts and bookings on servers in Mumbai.
• Razorpay, which processes payments.
• Lovable, which hosts this website.
• Zoom, for live online classes.
• WhatsApp and email, when we message you.

We may also share data if the law requires it. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

We keep your account while you use it. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your personal details, except payment records, which we keep for as long as Indian tax law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 9619929445) or email movewellnessclub@gmail.com and we'll reply within 7 days.

For any complaint about your data, write to the same email. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.

Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. Under-18s can join only with a parent or guardian who books for them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll let account holders know by email.
